This week I decided to launch my micro bakery business. I’m nervous but excited for it. I wanted to write about this since this is going to be something that I will be doing for a while. My first drop is next week and I’m excited but nervous to try to prep for this. We’ll see what this week and weekend brings! I plan to prep and test a couple things and then really bring it home!
